What is Build Healthy Kids all about?

  • Build Healthy Kids provides information on healthy eating for children and families, including recipes, meal planning tips, and grocery shopping strategies.

  • Children are designed to run, jump and play. They love to exercise because to them it is not exercise, but play. All children 2 years and older need to exercise at least 60 minutes a day on most, if not all, days of the week.

  • Information is power and with honest information, devoid of influence from the food industry, we can make the best decisions for ourselves and for our children. Build Healthy Kids was born out of the desire to help parents; to empower you to take charge of your children's health. I am honored to use my skills and passion to help you and this generation of children eat a healthy diet so that our children can live a long and healthy life.
